Brewing Instructions for 1 serving in Thai traditional style: Fill a cloth filter bag with 4 teaspoons (8-10g.) of tea, then pour 150-210ml. (5-7Oz.) of boiling water over it. Let it steep for 1-2 minutes or until the tea turns ruby pink, then strain the tea for use in any tea drink of your choice.

For an Espresso Machine: Place 4 teaspoons (8-10g.) of tea in the espresso basket, press 1oz. of water through it, allow it to steep for 10 seconds, and repeat 2-3 times to get a total of 3-4Oz. of tea extraction.

Using the Pour Over or Drip method: Place 4 teaspoons (8-10g.) of tea in the dripper, wet the filter with hot water, then pour boiling water over the tea 2-3 times for every 2 Oz. to allow for short extraction time in between. Avoid using a coarse mesh strainer for Thai tea as it may not collect fine tea particles.

To mix drinks: For a Rosechana Cha Yen or Thai Iced Tea with milk, mix 1oz. of sweetened condensed milk with 2-3oz. of fresh milk and pour over ice. Slowly pour the tea over the ice after the milk mixture to create a beautiful layered effect. For a Rosechana Lemon Thai Tea, mix the tea with 2-3 teaspoons of sugar, pour over ice, add 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and garnish with a lemon slice.
